JOSEPH A. CHANG
A lifelong resident of Passaic County and son of Cuban immigrants, Joseph graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University. From there he went on to Seton Hall University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 2002. While in Law School, Joseph conducted legal research to the highly esteemed Property Professor Paula Franzese; his research included a vast array of Property Law issues that were destined for publication in a new Property Law Casebook to be used in Law Schools throughout the country.
After graduation, Joseph soon opened his own law office and spent the next several years representing a variety of clients in Real Estate, Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation cases. AHMAD T. ABURAS, ESQ
Ahmad T. Aburas, Esq. is a member of Alsaidi & Chang, LLC’s litigation team. He is certified to practice in both state & Federal New Jersey Courts.
Ahmad’s previous legal experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Donna Gallucio, Judge of the Superior Court, Criminal Division, Passaic County. In that capacity he drafted judicial opinions, conducted legal research, and helped coordinate scheduling. Additionally, Ahmad served as a certified court mediator and handled numerous mediations for three judges in the vicinage.
Ahmad graduated from Seton Hall while he worked full-time as a law clerk for several prominent firms in North Jersey and New York City. His experience includes: conducting legal research on behalf of Fortune 50 companies in complex commercial litigation; drafting memoranda on IP, employment, tax, and trust & estates issues; and working on an international Arbitration.
